On the precipice..

I've ranted before about the possibility of oil money moving out of dollars and into other currencies. Marketplace has a story about just such and occurence and inevitable fall of the dollar.

I wonder how this fits into the "soft-landing" scenario that everyone is bandying about.

Also on a Marketplace program of one or another regarding "soft landings" (paraphrasing)

"..the Fed keeps talking about soft landings but the fact is they aren't very good at!"
